The first request form will get basic information about the scaffold needed. Once approved by the Scaffold Team, the request will be forwarded to the foreman for the walkdown. Then the foreman will fill out the Material Takeoff form. That will go to the Yard Coordinator to begin the pre-packaging process. The materials will then be delivered or picked up. 

The recommended request lead-time is 3 days or less for emergency or high priority work, and 3-7 days for planned/on-schedule work. These timeframes will better serve everyone and help ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
